Information We Collect

Location Data

Approximate and/or precise location (including background updates) to enable in-app features such as attendance, logs, or location-based services. Collected only with your permission and device OS settings.

Usage & Diagnostics

App events, interaction data, crash logs, and performance metrics to improve stability and user experience.

Device Information

Device model, OS version, language, and network type for compatibility and troubleshooting.

User-Provided Data

Details you choose to submit (e.g., account info, email, support queries). Sensitive personal data is not required for core features.

Attendance Photo / Face Data

What Face Data We Collect

When an employee marks attendance, the App captures a live photograph using the device camera. This photograph may contain the employee's face. The App does not collect facial geometry, biometric templates, Face ID information, or any other biometric identifiers.

How Face Data Is Used

Attendance photographs are used solely for attendance verification, employee presence confirmation, and attendance record keeping. The App does not use face data for advertising, analytics, profiling, facial recognition, face matching, or biometric authentication.

Storage and Sharing

Attendance photographs are stored securely on company-controlled servers and are accessible only to authorized administrators responsible for attendance management.

We do not sell, rent, or share attendance photographs with third parties, except when required by applicable law.

Retention Period

Attendance photographs are retained only for as long as necessary to maintain attendance records, comply with organizational policies, and satisfy legal obligations. Once no longer required, the photographs are permanently deleted from our systems.

Facial Recognition Disclosure

The App does not perform facial recognition, facial matching, face tracking, facial geometry analysis, Face ID authentication, or any other biometric identification process.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate App features (including background location updates where enabled).
  • Maintain safety, prevent fraud, and diagnose issues.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance and reliability.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and changes to the App or this Policy.

  • Permissions: You can enable/disable location permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling may limit certain features.
  • Access & Deletion: You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@agenterprises.site.
  • Opt-out of Analytics (where supported): Follow in-app or OS instructions to limit analytics and diagnostics.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
